I had an overall good experience at the hotel, with the lush surroundings and comfortable deluxe rooms being definite highlights. However, the persistent smell from the bathroom was quite off-putting at times, which is something they could definitely improve on. The staff were friendly and efficient, making the stay enjoyable despite some hiccups.

My stay at this resort spa was a mixed bag. While the rooms were clean and well-kept, the constant smell from the bathroom was quite bothersome, and I could hear conversations from adjacent rooms as well as sounds from outside. The service was absolutely top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to assist with everything I needed. Although the location is nice and quiet, it is somewhat far from the airport and major attractions. Dining was a little lackluster with limited options, and the overall value for money was satisfactory, but could use some improvements.
